1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the cbaja website (the "Platform"), creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cbaja (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cbaja Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use the cbaja Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cbaja strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. This is non-negotiable and applies regardless of any parental or guardian consent.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the cbaja Platform is legal in their specific location.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by cbaja or any other gambling operator, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for the purposes of gambling on the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

cbaja reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the cbaja Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in error, you must notify cbaja support at [email protected] immediately.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. cbaja is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. cbaja will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication via SMS OTP when prompted or offered.
• Log out of your cbaja account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] without delay.
• Do not permit any other person to access the Platform using your account credentials.

cbaja reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time through its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the cbaja Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbaja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available at cbaja's discretion and will be communicated on the Platform.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your cbaja account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. cbaja does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for bKash and Nagad, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by cbaja's compliance team following KYC verification. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• cbaja reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Funds deposited via a payment method must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal to that same method is processed, unless cbaja's cashier page specifies otherwise.
• cbaja does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
• Any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cbaja offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page on the Platform.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all cbaja promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus may be held at any time per account. Players must opt in to each promotion individually unless the promotion is automatically credited.
• Eligible Games: Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. Live casino games, scratch cards, and certain slot titles may have reduced or zero contribution to wagering requirements. The contribution schedule is published on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Under Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is ৳1,000 or the equivalent stake limit specified in the promotion terms, whichever is lower. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at cbaja's discretion.
• Abuse Prevention: cbaja actively monitors for bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and the use of automated betting systems. Any account found to be exploiting bonuses in bad faith will have all bonuses, associated winnings, and deposits forfeited and the account permanently closed.

cbaja reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be given reasonable notice before any material change affects their existing balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cbaja Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game category. These rules are accessible from within each game or market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that particular product.

Sports Betting: All pre-match bets are accepted up to the market closure time displayed on the Platform. Live in-play bets are accepted in real time subject to market availability. cbaja reserves the right to suspend, void, or cancel any betting market at any time for reasons including but not limited to technical errors, market irregularities, match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment. In such cases, all affected stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

Cricket Markets: BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international match markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a tie, the applicable rules for the market type apply as stated in the individual market rules.

Casino & Slot Games: All RNG casino games use certified random number generators supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. cbaja does not manipulate RTP outcomes. Game results are final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the game server.

Live Casino: Live dealer games streamed via Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the rules of the specific game as displayed on screen and explained by the dealer. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cbaja Platform. Engaging in any of the following actions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Creating multiple accounts (whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or IP addresses) to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or exploit any promotion.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, navigate menus, or exploit any system vulnerability.
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share information during live casino games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit the Platform.
• Money laundering, depositing proceeds of crime, or using cbaja as a conduit for any financial crime whatsoever.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or platform errors to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings resulting from a known or exploited error are void and will be deducted from your account balance.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening cbaja staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your cbaja account, whether for assistance, proxy play, or any other purpose.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising technology for the purposes of circumventing geographic restrictions or any other Platform security measure.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

cbaja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, technical security concerns, regulatory compliance obligations, or the protection of other players on the Platform.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for a defined period may request a temporary self-exclusion of between 1 and 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion with no end date. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. cbaja will use all reasonable means to ensure that self-excluded players cannot access the Platform during their exclusion period.

Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cbaja reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety and reported to appropriate authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cbaja Platform — including but not limited to the cbaja brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, game interfaces, odds displays, and software — is the intellectual property of cbaja or its licensed third-party providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbaja Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, scrape, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cbaja.

Game content, including all slot games, live dealer game interfaces, and sportsbook data feeds, is licensed to cbaja from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbaja excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss.

cbaja's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cbaja does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. cbaja will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that the outcome of all games and bets is uncertain, and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. cbaja is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the Platform in the ordinary course of play. Please gamble responsibly.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

cbaja operates as an offshore online gaming platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cbaja is incorporated, as notified to players upon request. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising between you and cbaja, we encourage you to contact the cbaja support team at [email protected] in the first instance. cbaja's support team will attempt to resolve your complaint within 5 business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through cbaja's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available on request.

For disputes relating to specific bet settlements, you must submit your complaint within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. All bet settlement decisions made by cbaja following a full review are final and binding.

Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions under local law and that cbaja operates as an offshore service. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have taken independent legal advice if necessary and that you access and use cbaja at your own risk and responsibility.

12 Amendments to These Terms

cbaja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, cbaja will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the cbaja Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

The version of these Terms currently in force is always the version published on this page. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force. cbaja recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
